Potholes in Poole
Dear Poole Borough Council,
Please could you answer the following:
- What is the number of complaints and reports you have received about potholes in the borough since 1st January 2018 until present (9th February 2019)?
- How many compensation claims have been made because of defects of the carriageway (specifically potholes) since 1st January 2018 until present (9th February 2019)?
- How much has been paid out as a result of the compensation claims since 1st January 2018 until present (9th February 2019) including legal fees of claimants?
- How are potholes categorised and what are these categories?
- What are the response times from original report to both temporary and then permanent repairs for all categories?
- What are the response times from original report to inspection for all categories?
