Dear Glasgow City Council,
Council,

I am writing to you today with a freedom of information request
with regards to Scotland Street West / Portman Street, Glasgow.

The following is what I'd like to know:

-Dates of all safety inspections undertaken at G41 1EJ, Scotland Street West / Portman Street between 20 August 2012 and 30 December 2013

-Details of all defects identified during safety
inspections between above dates

-Details of how road safety inspections are undertaken,
including whether walked or driven, the speed of the inspection
vehicle and the number of persons in the vehicle.

-The intended frequency of safety inspections.

-Details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to this road received between the above dates

-The defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the
identification of all categories of potholes.

-The time period(s) adopted between identification and repair
(temporary and permanent) of all road defects.

I marked this request as having been withdrawn as it appears to have been abandoned. The Council issued a fees notice under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and it would appear that the requester has not followed this up.
