months (to most recent available) because of damage caused by potholes?

2) How many of these claims were successful?
3) What is the total amount that has been paid out as a result of the
successful claims?

You have a right to have the existence of the information requested either
confirmed or denied unless the Council claims an Absolute
Exemption.  Officers are currently establishing whether the information
requested is held and I will write to you with the council’s response by
24 April 2023 which is 20 working days following receipt of your request.
