request is as follows:

 1. How many claims has the Council received from motorists in the last 12
months (to most recent available) because of damage caused by
potholes?

Response: 408 claims

 2. How many of these claims were successful?

Response: 263 claims

 3. What is the total amount that has been paid out as a result of the
successful claims?

Response: £60,629
