Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

To whom it may concern,

I would like to know the following information about potholes.

How many Potholes have been reported, year by year, over the last 10 years.
How many of these potholes that where reported have been fixed again year by year.

Year by year how much has been budget for pothole repairs, and year by year what was actually spent on repairs and equipment.

Year on year for the past 10 years, how many claims for damage to vehicles and personal injury have been made against the council. can this be broken down by
claims made, claims still pending, claims closed and no pay out, Claims closed pay out made.

with the above, can you advise how much was paid out in claims again year on year for the last 10 years,

I regret to inform you that we will not be able to respond within the 20
day deadline. The Environmental Information Regulations under Regulation
7(1) allow us to extend the response deadline by a further 20 working days
up to 40 working days where the request is considered particularly
voluminous or complex.

I would like to assure you that every effort is being made to provide the
information and we aim to respond to you as soon as possible. Please
accept my sincere apologies for the delay. I hope this has not caused you
any inconvenience.
