Dear information.rights,
You responded with the following:
"Thank you for your emails of 11 July 2023. Under section 12(4) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 ("FOIA"), Public Authorities are permitted to aggregate two or more
separate requests received by one person, that relate to the same or similar information.
We have therefore aggregated your two requests and will handle them as one under the
FOIA. The Act requires that a response must be given promptly, and in any event within
20 working days. We will therefore reply at the latest by 10 August 2023."
You have not indicated which of the two requests you have handled under a single request and i cannot see a reply as promised by 10th August. Please can you articulate the response for me please
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Guy Forkes
Dear Mr. Guy Forkes
The acknowledgement email below refers to the two information requests you sent in titled "Number of contracts suspended or ended by year" and "Postmaster Contracts policy". We have aggregated these requests together and will respond to the latter request, via the What Do They Know website.
Kind regards

With apologies - the previous email should have read that we will respond only to the former request, i.e., your request titled " Number of contracts suspended or ended by year".
Kind regards

Dear Guy Forkes,
Thank you for your email. We previously wrote to you on 4 October, providing a revised date of 3 November. We apologise for the delay in providing this response, but we are continuing to process it and will respond as soon as we can.
Kind regards
Information Rights Team
Dear Post Office Limited,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Post Office Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Postmaster Contracts policy'.
I have waited quite patiently and you stipulated yet another release date of the 3rd November but since then nothing. It is now the 13th November and you have not released the information nor stuck to your timelines despite waiting 4 months.
Given the increased scrutiny of the Inquiry, this sort of information really should be made available asap.
I look forward to hearing the outcome of the internal review.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Guy Forkes
Dear Mr. Guy Forkes,
With apologies, but we sent the attached email on 3 November, but can see for some reason it did not reach the What Do They Know website.
We ask that you allow us to complete the FOI request before asking for an internal review. We are processing your request but given the amount of information you have requested, it is taking time to do so.
With kind regards,
Information Rights Team
