Postcode information

Bromley Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Westgate Analytics Ltd

Dear Bromley Borough Council,
This may be a question for your Housing officer who collects housing data (perhaps from Housetrack or other sources)
Please could you provide the latest data you have compiled from various sources to determine the latest valuation of houseprices in Bromley (all areas covered by Bromley council) by postcode/postcode district (depending upon which is available). I would like this broken down by property type (freehold/leasehold), number of rooms and valuation date.
For example:
Postcode Property Type No. of rooms Valuation Valuation Date
SE16 0TY Freehold 3 96,000 21 Aug 2020

Yours faithfully,

Dear Requester

Further to your recent FOI enquiry, having completed my enquiries, please
see response highlighted in blue below.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FOI RESPONSE:

London Borough of Bromley (LBB) does not hold this information regarding
housing.  LBB is not required to undertake or report on house price
evaluations and generally, where we may look or consider this, we would do
so with the help of general public sites that provide this information,
which is an option for all others also wanting to obtain such data. The
latest information we have is held within both the Homelessness and
Housing strategies, which can be accessed via the Council’s website and,
in order to help, the links have been provided below:

Link 1:   [1]London Borough of Bromley Homelessness Strategy 2018‑2023

Link 2:   [2]London Borough of Bromley Housing Strategy 2019‑2029

We trust this completes your FOI enquiry which has now been closed.

Thank you for your request.

Regards

are not obliged to do under the act if to do so would exceed the 18 hour
time limit.
