has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Specifically, you have requested the following information:

Please could you supply me with the number of persons who are registered
to vote by post
and are eligible for voting in local elections for London or local mayor
or councillors in your borough?.

There are 48,484 Postal Voters in total.

Of those registered for postal votes, please could you say how many are a
citizens of
another country other than in the British Isles?

7316 are not British citizens
