2) What postal service provider(s) did your organisation use in 2013/14 (or most recent annual period)?
3) What is the duration of your existing postal services contracts (if any), and when do they end?
4) Do you intend to use Crown Commercial Services Postal Services Framework RM1063 when your current arrangements end?
5) Do you currently or intend to utilise Hybrid Mail Services*? If yes, please provide details of the supplier.
6) Please provide the name and/or job title of the key decision maker pertaining to the selection of Postal Services Providers?

A. £589,872 during 2013-14.
2. Q. What postal service provider(s) did your organisation use in 2013/14 (or most recent annual period)?
A. Royal Mail and Courier Express during 2013-14.
3. Q. What is the duration of your existing postal services contracts (if any) and when do they end?
A. No formal contracts are in place.
4. Q. Do you intend to use Crown Commercial Services Postal Services Framework RM1063 when your current arrangements end?
A. This option is currently being reviewed by our procurement team.
5. Q. Do you currently or intend to utilise Hybrid Mail Services? If yes, please provide details of the supplier.
A. The philosophy of the council is to work towards a paperless society, scanning, web site and email communications are positively encouraged.
6. Q. Please provide the name and/or job title of the key decision maker pertaining to the selection of Postal Services Providers?
A. All procurement activity at Brighton & Hove City Council is governed by our Contract Standing Orders. No single individual is the key decision maker for postal services across the organisation.
