I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from you Post Office Limited.

I request the following information about all Post Offices affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The requests, unless otherwise stated, are for all post offices including franchises, sub post offices and crown post office (directly managed).

This information must include:
Post Offices that were closed before the pandemic

Post offices that have at any point limited their hours during the pandemic

Post offices closed until further notice

Post offices that at any point closed due to staff illness/self-isolating

Post offices that have closed due to staff furlough affecting either the post office or the associated business it is franchised to

Post offices currently closed as of the first week of June 2020

Please provide the information by email.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
