Dear Post Office Limited,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Post Office Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Post Office branches inside WH Smiths'.
I requested information relating to the number and amount of discrepancies in Post Office branches (which have separately identifiable “FAD” codes) located in WH Smith stores since the rollout of the Horizon system where the discrepancies were greater than £1,000.
Information was requested does not require extensive new data searches. “Summary information” includes summary information in any reports where any discrepancies in WHSmith branches are discussed at whatever level.
“WHSmth branches” “discrepancies” “shortfalls” would be relevant search terms.
Summary information also would include information identifying policies for when and how discrepancies in WHSmith branches were treated differently to other Postmasters/Mistresses.
POL cannot refuse a request for such information by bulking it with other information to make the requuest appear excessive in terms of resource needed.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
Yours faithfully,
Tim Bush

All branches have a unique FAD code.POL have a record of money taken from a branch for "losses" or held by the branch"overs".They dont want to answer which is a shame given they are the FOI team as Justice Fraser noted 4 years ago
