Thank you for your response to my FOI. I can confirm that I only seek those minutes which are relevant to Horizon, both operationally in terms of its roll out and in relation to technical instability/data integrity issues, or to its achieving (or failure to achieve) acceptance criteria.
As POL has already disclosed some Board minutes from 2000 at the Court of Appeal on 22nd March 2021, I am uncertain as to how you will be able to apply qualified exemptions.
