Post Office ad hoc Board sub-committee dealing with Complaint and Mediation Scheme
Dear Post Office,
In her letter to the chair of the BEIS Select Committee dated 24 June 2020, your former CEO Paula Vennells states there was an "ad hoc Board sub-committee" which discussed Post Office decisions "in the first instance" in relation to the 2013 Complaint and Mediation Scheme.
For reference, the letter can be found here: https://committees.parliament.uk/publica...
Ms Vennells states the sub-committee consisted of "the then Chair (Alice Perkins), myself, and two non-executive directors." She adds "meetings were attended by, among others, the General Counsel and the company secretary."
1) Please could you give the names of the two non-executive directors who sat on the "ad hoc Board sub-committee" and let me know whether they were civil servants and/or held any governmental responsibility (eg members of ShareEx).
2) I would also be grateful if you could confirm the date in 2013 when General Counsel Susan Crichton left the Post Office and the date when Chris Aujard assumed her role.
3) Finally I would be most grateful if you could supply me with the minutes from all the meetings held by the above-stated "ad hoc Board sub-committee".
Many thanks,
Nick Wallis
