Post A-level UK Applications to Mathematics at University of Oxford

The request was partially successful.

Dear University of Oxford,

Please provide the statistics for the following:

• By college, the number of post A-level UK applicants for Mathematics in 2016, 2017 and 2018
- Of such applicants, how many of these had sat STEP I, II, III at the point of application and their anonymised grades (fail, 3, 2, 1, S) in each examined paper

• By college, the number of offers made to post A-level UK applicants for Mathematics in 2016, 2017 and 2018 (i.e. offers sent to candidates in January of 2017, 2018 and 2019)
- Of these offers, the anonymised MAT scores for the applicants in the application round for which they were offered a place
- Of these offers, the anonymised data of the applicants' A-level (or equivalent) and pre-existing STEP grades. These needn't be described by subject, just a number of A*/A/... grades if in the A-level system, D1/D2... for Pre-U, a numerical total figure such as '43' for IB etc.

Yours faithfully,

Alexander Aits
