I refer to your email of 18 November 2010 about your request under the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for details of
correspondence from 2008 between Stewart Stevenson (Minister for
Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change) and Falkirk Council, or
Michael Matheson MSP, about proposals for a new rail station at
Bonnybridge.

Under section 10(1) of FOISA, our response to your request is due on 17
December 2010. Unfortunately, it is taking longer that expected to deal
with your request. I apologise for this delay and hope to be able to send
you a response by 24 December 2010.
