Dear Yorkshire Housing,
I am writing to you to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I understand that under Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 there is a duty to assist and advise the requester and would appreciate your advice if you think my questions need any clarification in order to get the information that I am looking for.

Please note in this Freedom of Information request the term 'bedroom tax' is used to refer to reduction in housing benefit payments for tenants in social housing who are deemed to be under-occupying, sometimes called the 'under-occupation charge'.

1) Please can you tell me how many "Notices Seeking Possession" have been issued in the Ryedale area using the the grounds 10 and 11 in Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988 as amended by the Housing Act 1996 since the introduction of the 'Bedroom Tax' in April 2013.
2) also what percentage of the figure provided are for tenancies whose arrears have only accumulated only after April 1st 2013 (i.e. had no outstanding arrears before the introduction of the 'bedroom tax')?
3) Also out of these Notices issued how many were issued to tenancies that were in the names of person or persons who are registered as disabled.
