Porton Down testing in 1954

We're waiting for Mr. T. Metcalfe to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Royal Air Force,
I did National Service in the RAF and was taken to Porton Down & directed through a barracks type hut and subjected to some sort of gas.
Subsequently, whilst still in the RAF I was admitted to Wroughton hospital (in Wiltshire) with meningitis and treated in an isolation room.

Do I have any recourse for this situation ?

Yours faithfully,

Mr. T. Metcalfe.
