Dear Greater Manchester Police,

Please can you provide copies of any policies, procedures or guidance issued to your officers in relation to the port of Liverpool police who retain constable powers on the Manchester ship canal and any memorandum of understanding that exists between the two forces?

Please can you also provide similar information as above in relation to any other private constabularies that operate within your force boundary such as cathedral constables, but excluding British Transport Police.
