Please provide the following information:-
a)For the financial years 2009-10, 2011-11, and 2011-12, total Parish Council expenditure/budget for the provision, maintenance, and servicing of poop bins.
b)For 2009 and 2010, details of number of times poop bins have been discussed at Parish Council meetings.

a)For the financial years 2009-10, 2010-11, and 2011-12, total Parish
Council expenditure/budget for the provision, maintenance, and servicing of
The invoices submitted from the contractor are for a combined figure for the
cost of both poop and litter bins. Therefore, the figures provided, as
follows, are also the combined figures.
Expenditure in 2009-10 - £2,279.68
Expenditure up to and including Jan 2011 for the year 2010-11 - £2,104.32
Estimated expenditure for 2011-12 - £2,386.80
Please be aware that not all bins in the village are within the Parish
Council remit and costs relating to those that aren’t are, therefore, not
included in these figures.
b)For 2009 and 2010, details of number of times poop bins have been
discussed at Parish Council meetings.

Thanks for info so far, but would appreciate a better steer to the appropriate documents referred to at b; reference to an area of the website is a bit vague and does not really answer the request. Please could you let me know within which documents the requested information is to be found
