Pollution levels in South West London (Kingston upon Thames)

I would like to know the following things about the levels of pollution and carbon emissions in Kingston Upon Tames please,

1) What are the levels of pollution in Kingston?

2) What are the measures taken to control pollution in Kingston? Such as traffic control.

3) What health effects can pollution and carbon emission have on A) humans B) wildlife and C) nature, trees and the river toxicity?
