January 2022 under the provisions of the Environmental Information
Regulations (EIR) (2004).

You requested we provide you with the following:

Please can you provide the incident number for every report of pollution
that concerns GLJ Recycling in Cwmcarn for the years 2021, 2020, 2019,
2018.

Please find attached record of all incidents logged on our system for the
above named company.  

Please can you provide the investigation report for every incident of
pollution for the years 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018.

If you could send a list of any of the incidents you are interested in I
can have a look to see if a report exists.
