Your request for information, received 24 June 2011 concerning the
Equalities Impact Assessment (EQIA) for conference security arrangements
for the Liberal Democrat conference has now been considered.

The EQIA has not yet been completed, it is work in progress. It is
anticipated that it will be finished towards the end of July.

Your attention is drawn to your right to request a re-examination of your
