Policy on recruitment and appointments in the newsroom
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I have sent 11 emails to you principally concerning the above and you have not replied to one. I regard your admitted policy of favouring female participants as discriminatory. Please explain your modus operandi and reasoning. The obvious question is---Do you ever take into consideration the gender of an applicant when making staffing decisions?
Yours faithfully,
Michael Cocker
