Dear Hyde Housing Association,

I am writing to discover what is Hyde Housing Associations policy and procedure on contributing to essential adaptions to tenants homes in the instances where the required essential works exceeds the 30k disabled facilities grant limit?

I am aware that currently Hyde Housing Association are not contributing to any of the costs of major adaptions works.

I am aware that in the instances where the required works exceeds the DFG limit that Hyde are discriminating against the disabled tenant by not topping up the grant funding in order to meet the full needs of their tenant.

Yours faithfully,

Jay
