Policy on assisting visually impaired customers write addresses
Dear Post Office Limited,
I would like to know if you have a policy stating that staff working in a post office can not write addresses on envelopes for visually impaired customers who are unable to do this themselves. This relates to the London Borough of Sutton post office within WH smiths in particular. I look forward to a full response within the next 20 working days as set out by the freedom of information act.
Yours faithfully,
Devon Adams
