I have noticed on your website that it is your policy to reply to all emails received by attaching a Microsoft Word document, as per:

Could you please therefore answer the following questions:

1) Why and when this policy was introduced

2) What consideration has been given to people who do not have Microsoft Word installed on their computers

Please include all correspondence relating to this matter, both internal and external with your response.
