Dear Mr Hartley,

With reference to your email of 31st July, I attach internal documents
relating to our policy and procedure for dealing with and implementing
Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs), which would be the way that a parking
restriction (double yellow lines) would normally be introduced.

With respect to Station Road, Wargrave, I attach the particular report
submitted to the Individual Executive Member for Highways and Transport
that contains the final version of this particular TRO proposal, together
with the corresponding decision report. I also attach copies of all other
reports dating back to 2006 that contain earlier stages of the Station
Road proposal, which, in our former procedure that existed in 2006, were
considered by a Highways Consultative Board.

I am unable to provide copies of actual correspondence received from
residents in relation to the advertised proposal (restricted by the Data
Protection Act); however, all individual respondents' views are summarised
in the appendices of the reports.

I hope this answers your query.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Baguley
