Policy for dealing with 'unreasonably persistent' complaints

The request was successful.

Dear Tendring District Council,

The Local Government Ombudsman recommends that local authorities have a policy in place for dealing with unreasonably persistent complaints (see http://www.lgo.org.uk/publications/guida... for details).

Could you confirm whether Tendring District Council has such a policy, and if it does, please provide a copy of it.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Scott
