Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,
Please send me electronically on this website those Policy documents that describe the use of Security Registers for potentially violent persons by local councils.
Please send those policies that show whether all Local Councils use a "Security Register" where they can file persons suspected of being potential violent and any other antisocial behaviour.
The Jane Clift litigation against Slough Council for filing her as "potentially violent" contradicts the reply I got from South Oxfordshire Council, their denial defies logic, what are the Local Government Policy documents on "security registers"
South Oxfordshire replied to me:
"Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require.
Our council does not keep a 'database' on individuals in relation to
anti-social behaviour. We work closely with Thames Valley Police to
reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour within our district.

This makes me believe that I am databased as antisocial with "exempt" "high risk" or NCND status Not confirm no t deny and therefore the Officer David Cooke feels compelled to deny the existence ad use of a "security register"
Dear Ms Iatridou
