 1. A list of all external and internal stakeholders that were consulted
in the drafting of your policy and guidance for supporting trans
students and staff.

 2. Who was responsible for the final sign-off of the policy and guidance

The EDI Committee, and Governance Committee, were responsible for sign
off.

3) A copy of the Equality Impact Assessment you carried out relating the
implementation of this policy and guidance.

            Please see attached document.
