Dear Cambridge City Council,

While the council's response states it has dealt with my request under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it has neither confirmed nor denied that the requested information is held, and the reason given for refusing to release the requested material does not appear to correspond to any exemption within the Freedom of Information Act, and no exemption is cited.

It appears to me that the council has failed to deal with my request in accordance with the basic provisions of Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act.

I would like to request an internal review into the council's handling of this request. I would like my request to be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...
