Request:
I refer to the transcript of the NI Affair Committee meeting held on 19th September 2023. The

In regards to the meeting, particularly Q267-Q276, please can you:
1. Answer why the meeting minutes on 4th September have not yet been published?
Answer - Please see below link to minutes of 4 September 2023 Board meeting which
have now been published on the Board’s website.
2. When will the meeting minutes be published?
Answer - Please see response to question 1 and the link below.
3. Have the minutes of the meeting been discussed in any NIPB meeting since?
Answer - A progress update on these minutes was provided by the Board Chair to Board
Members at the 5 October 2023 Board meeting. The minutes were considered and
agreed for publication at the Board meeting on 7 December 2023.
4. Publish the full meeting minutes on 4th September where the resignation of the Chief
Constable was discussed.
