Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).  
 
A final decision on your request should be processed within 20 working days of the 
date after receipt of your request. This means that you can expect to receive your 
decision by the 29 December 2023, although we will endeavour to process your 
request before this date if possible. 
 
There are some limited situations under the FOIA (Act – s.10 and s.17) which could 
mean that the period for a final decision may be longer than the normal 20 working 
days allowed for the Board’s response. Should this occur with your request, we will 
advise you as soon as possible, in writing and detail a timescale for reply.
