In regards to the meeting, particularly Q267-Q276, please can you:

1. Answer why the meeting minutes on 4th September have not yet been published?
2. When will the meeting minutes be published?
3. Have the minutes of the meeting been discussed in any NIPB meeting since?
4. Publish the full meeting minutes on 4th September where the resignation of the Chief Constable was discussed.
