Policies on checking child wellbeing

The request was successful.

Dear Derbyshire County Council,

A Paediatric Occupational Therapist has written to and stated that all children on the Specialist Disabled Children's Service's caseload must be seen, in real time, within every 30 working days to check that they are safe and well. I have asked the service directly for these policies on multiple occasions and despite escalation to the Head of Performance, Quality and Participation both he and they are refusing to engage with my request.

Please supply copies of the relevant policy documents.
Please provide references to the law which support the above aspect of these policies.

Yours faithfully,

Lee Martin
