3. If no documentation is held in relation to Q2 above, please indicate whether or not an Equality Impact Assessment was undertaken.

A copy of any information you hold regarding the process followed to check that the above policies and/or toolkit(s) are compliant with (and do not misrepresent) the Equality Act 2010, the Human Rights Act 1998, safeguarding legislation/Working Together, the Education Act 1996, the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1999 (regarding single-sex toilet provision) and other relevant legislation, including the outcome of such checks.

and the nature of their involvement - Gwynedd is a member of Stonewall
Cymru and by being a member we gain much advice and guidance relating to
LGBTQ matters.

Gwynedd have had a number of meetings with Stonewall staff this term
(Summer 2021) and advice has been provided to individual schools and 
Gwynedd Education Department relating to LGBTQ provision in Gwynedd
schools.

Stonewall will be involved in the updating of the County Education
Transgender Lerarners Policy in September 2021.

Complaints
