2) a copy of the last 5 dpias completed
3) a copy of any internal mandatory information governance training that you give to staff which was written in the last 2 years including presentation slides and videos and any other media
4) a copy of any instructions given to staff members to reduce data security breaches, for example double checking work which was written in the last 5 years
5) a list of any policies implemented in the last 2 years within the organisation to help reduce the environmental impact that the organisation has?

Thank you for your email. This acknowledgement has been triggered

exceeds available resources and given the need for all Trusts to reduce
corporate expenditure to within those targets set by the Carter Review, no
additional capacity is available to support our increasing workload.

Please find attached the last 5 Data Protection Impact Assessments. Please
note that staff names have been redacted as it is Trust procedure only to
release the names of staff at Director, and their first line reports,
level. We are withholding this information under s.40 of the FOIA.

Please find attached the PowerPoint presentations, we also use the NHS
Digital Security Awareness Course which can be found online.

Our Procurement Policy identifies sustainability of our purchased
products, such as using locally sourced suppliers, packaging etc. We also,
as part of any tendering exercise, request copies of the supplier’s
environmental policies etc. Please note that this policy is currently
under review.
The new DSA fleet have been purchased knowing that they are more fuel
efficient and the Trusts lease car update identifies a maximum carbon
emission target to be achieved for all new vehicles.
Our Waste Management Policy

identifies the need and implementation to introduce recycling at all of
our sites to reduce waste
