Trust will respond no later than one calendar month following receipt of
your request.
If you are emailing regarding a complaint, the Northern Education Trust

timescales outlined in the policy.
If your enquiry is regarding a safeguarding issue, please contact your
academy and ask for the Designated Safeguarding Lead. The phone numbers
of all our academies can be found on our website [3]here. If you need a
response outside of academy hours then please contact your Local
Authority, which can be searched for [4]here.
