police threshold to report suspected crimes to CPS - what constitutes a crime

We're waiting for Charles Brennan to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Crown Prosecution Service,

Please can you provide me details if these below are criminal offences or not and if police should or should not refer to CPS for prosecution.

1. Falsifying qualifications to pose as a medical professional with the intent to cause loss to another person

2. A professional officially using anomalies in their identity such as having multiple dates of birth. (Which questions what date of birth used to obtain a DBS check)

3. A professional or professionals falsifying a police investigation which suggests perverting the course of justice to cover up child sexual abuse.

4. A professional or professionals altering a young child’s medical records to conceal a child having a sexually transmitted infection.

5. A professional or professionals intimidating parents not to report child abuse to the police.

6. A professional or professionals intimidating professional witnesses not to report child abuse and altering their reports to conceal disclosures.

7. A professional or professionals blocking a forensic medical examination on a child.

8. A professional or professionals misleading a court of law on any of the above.

9. A professional or professionals falsifying a court order to further conceal child abuse.

10. A fake medical professional (as per Q 1 above) with new allegations of historic child sexual abuse

11. A fake medical professional (as per Q 1 above) with current child sexual abuse allegations.

12. Police lying that investigations have been conducted (referring to Q2 -9)

13. Police lying that investigations have been conducted on suspect (referring to Q1 & Q10,11)

14. Police failing to report any of the above to CPS (if it is mandatory to do so) Please inform me one what is mandatory and what is not.
