Police Telephone Logs

The request was partially successful.

Dear Derbyshire Constabulary,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 could you please provide
me with information regarding the following:

1) If a Police officer makes a telephone call from a police station, regardless of the nature of the call or the length, is the call logged or noted in any way either automatically or via the officer making the call?
2) If a member of the public has been contacted by the police from a police phone, can they make a request through FOI or Data Protection for any log that registers such a call has been made?
3) If an officer makes a call to a member of the public concerning a police enquiry from their own personal mobile phone, is the record of such a call accessible under FOI laws or Data Protection?
4) Can a member of the public request all the names and collar numbers of every officer who has accessed their police records on the PNC over a given period of time?

Thank you for your time.

Yours faithfully,

Rob Willis
