Police interaction with rough sleepers

The request was refused by Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).

I am writing to you to make a request for information held by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information within the twenty working day timeframe as outlined under Section 10(1) of the Act.

1. Number of rough sleepers arrested by Police Officers between December 2017 and January 2019.

2. Number of rough sleepers cautioned by Police Officers between December 2017 and January 2019.

3. Number of dispersal orders given to rough sleepers by Police Officers between December 2017 and January 2019

4. Number of referrals made by Police Officers to a) homeless shelters b) homeless charities.

5. Number of rough sleepers a) injured b) killed as a result of the use of force by Police Officers.
