Police Injury Pensions Regulations

The request was refused by Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary, I make the following request within the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.

Two employees of Avon and Somerset Constabulary namely Julian Kern, Director of Finance & HR and Carole Wood, Head of HR Business
Support attended the HR update meeting with the office of the P&CC
as stated in these minutes

http://www.avonandsomerset-pcc.gov.uk/Do...

This section was minuted:

j. Pensions Issues/IOD’s

Specifically it was minuted and I quote.......
"New National Regs have
been expected since 2010, now expected in 2015".......

What discussion, whether verbally, in writing or digitally has or have taken place in respect to these 'anticipated' Regulations, with whom and when.

What is the individuals knowledge or or pre knowledge of these 'new' regulations and their contents, proposed or actual.

Where are the documents relating to these 'new' regulations, and if not in the public domain I request copies of them.

By whom and how have they been produced, circulated and or otherwise obtained.

Specifically, what was the reason or purpose of Mr Kerns, Ms Woods and the P&CC's referral to anticipated 'new' regulations when discussing current here and now issues regarding injury on duty pensions and pensioners.

Was there any discussion regarding any retrospective (hoped for or otherwise) effect of these 'new' anticipated regulations, and what was that discussion and with whom ?.

I would like acknowledgement of receipt of this request and an answer within the specified time frame.

Yours faithfully,

F Bundy.
