Police Injury Pensions

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Avon and Somerset Constabulary should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary, I make this request within the terms if the Freedom of Information Act.

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,

Two employees of Avon and Somerset Constabulary namely Julian Kern,
Director of Finance & HR and Carole Wood, Head of HR Business
Support attended the HR update meeting with the office of the PCC
as stated in these minutes

http://www.avonandsomerset-pcc.gov.uk/Do...

This section was minuted:

j. Pensions Issues/IOD’s

I quote from the minutes........

"For those
individuals who do not comply with the returns assessments will be
conducted on what is known, this would not necessarily be in favour
of the individuals concerned".

I require to know to whom that quotation applies

I require to know what precisely is meant or implied, expressly or by inference by the above quote contained within parenthesis.

I require to know, what "conducted on what is known" is based on, precisely what other than that which is already known and contained within HR and Occ H records.

And finally what exactly does,"would not necessarily be in favour
of the individuals concerned", mean expressly or by implication, is there some already decided action or actions planned in respect of this ?

I await confirmation of receipt of this request and a response in full within the specified time period.

Yours faithfully,

F Bundy.

This is not long overdue, it is an incorrect status.
