Barry Takel made this Freedom of Information request to Avon and Somerset Constabulary

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,

I refer to a letter dated 14 August 2013 from Sue Mountstevens, Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner to Rt Hon Damien Green MP, Minister of State for Policing and Criminal Justice, The House of Commons, London, regarding Avon and Somerset Police Injury on Duty Pensions.

I note that that a copy of this letter was forwarded to Tom Winsor HMI although I am aware that he is in fact Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Constabulary.

I would be grateful to be able to view his response to this letter as well as any other further correspondence between Tom Winsor and Sue Mountstevens and/or vice versa generated by her original letter on this subject.

Yours faithfully,

Barry Takel
