Police Grooming Of Vulnerable Adults.

Yvonne Pears. made this Freedom of Information request to West Midlands Police Authority

West Midlands Police Authority did not have the information requested.

From: Yvonne Pears.

23 July 2011

Dear West Midlands Police Authority,
If a Police Officer, falsely tells an 18-year-old Vulnerable Adult,
that her mother has made a charge against her, with out her mothers
knowledge or consent and the Police Officer, puts the Vulnerable
Adult on "False Bail", to an unsavoury address.
Is that child grooming, by a Police Officer ?.
Especially when the mother has NO-KNOWLEDGE, of her daughters bail
and where a bouts, for a period of 3-weeks.
Including the girl self-harming whilst in Police Custody.

Yours faithfully,

Yvonne Pears.

Quote-marks I knew that this request would not be responded to, because the above actually happened. They would be admitting Liability. Due to my personal safety having been compromised, by false mental health allegations made against me by the West Midlands Police, which are proven to be untrue, I am taking lawful action against them. A Consultant Psychiatrist, who is unknown to me, has put forward hand written notes, accusing the Police of triggering mental health team, actions against me,which wasted public money and resources, depriving people who need care the time and money.
As my medical records 'prove', I have never had any mental health issues in my life. Two mental health teams came to my house, with the Police, 'uninvited' and found NO REASON to section me, or arrive at my house again.
Furthermore, prior to the mental health teams interference, the Police put a false record before the Court, accusing me of having mental health issues. During five months of hearings,I represented myself and a vulnerable person where costs went to the other side, two Judges found NO REASON to put any mental health procedures into place.

Quote-marks To Yvonne Pears, your FOI refers to a now common complaint against the WMP. What you are describing is called NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), which is actually Hypnosis. The WM Police use NLP against the public on a regular basis and the fact that it is actually HYPNOSIS, makes it a serious condemnation. There are many Religious books/writings/documentation which condemns HYPNOSIS, for obvious reasons, including the many dangers inflicted on the victims of Hypnosis. 1) Hypnosis removes the persons spirit, rendering the spirit earth bound when they die. 2) The person can be entered by other entities, including satanic entities.
3) It is only a matter of time before the person has a mental breakdown. 4)The person can become suicidal or become a serious danger to others. 5) The person can become overly promiscuous. 6) The person will often become alienated from loved ones and family. 7) The ageing process is speeded up so the person starts to look a lot older than their age. 8) The mental age that the person is when they are NLPed/Hypnotised remains the same, they do not mature any further.
