How very bizarre?

Devon & Cornwall Police decline to provide the requested information under FOI request as it is exempt…but they provided a link to Mr A Hogg, Devon & Cornwall Crime Commissioner website anyway?

Now why couldn’t they just provide a link to the Devon & Cornwall Crime Commissioner through the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary website?

Still waiting on Mr A Hogg Devon & Cornwall Police Crime Commissioner & a list of others paid to take responsibility to even bother to reply to OPEN LETTER as to WHY Devon & Cornwall Police buried (despite a FOI request by the person who gave statement) in 2010 a 6hr+ of traumatic & distressing video tape witness/victim statement regarding reported to Cornwall police historic child sexual abuse (inc. by police) & other police criminality & misconduct.

Again & again, the IPCC simply NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE to act on public reported UK police corruption & criminality!

Police; they ARE the criminals we are warned about!

I finally received 22nd Jan 2013 a reply to my 'open letter' to Mr A Hogg Police Crime Commissioner sent in Nov 2012.

It was sent by the Chief Ex. not Mr Hogg the PCC.

It basically said complaints against police were the concern of the IPCC, not the Police Crime Commissioner.

I thought the new Police Crime Commissioner were appointed to represent the public & hold the police to account, clearly I was misled.
