You task POL with maintaining a Network of 11,500 Branches.Do you specify what type they must be,Mains,Local,outreach etc.When numbering Branches is any weight placed on type of Branch or is a 2 hour per week outreach service counted the same as a 5 position 6 day a week Mains?

Thank you for the reply.Do you believe that Mains and Local Branches operste without subsidy or have you evidence that SPM use savings or retail sales to provde and subsidise Government and Banking Services in thses sectors?Can any PO operate without subsidy?
