Loomes Kevin,

Dear Paul Keeping,

LBH/11053721 Freedom of Information Request

I am writing further to your email dated 03 May 2021 when you requested
the following:-

‘’Regarding pod replacement works on Gladstone Avenue, please provide
details of the proposals for the design, supply and installation of the
pods for Phase 1’’.

Please see my response below.

I confirm that Homes for Haringey intends to add the design of the Pods
and other relevant details to the web page for the Noel Park estate on the
HfH website. This will enable residents to look at the designs and raise
any questions they may have to the Project Team. This will be in respect
of the whole of the estate where Pods exist and will include those
specific to Gladstone Avenue.

We are currently considering the most appropriate way to allow residents
to view these. When the designs and other relevant detail is available we
will inform residents accordingly.

For your information, you can also find a link to the frequently asked
questions (FAQ) in respect of Homes for Haringey’s major works programme
for Noel Park. See below: -

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to email as follows:
[2][email address]. If you are unhappy with how we have
responded to your request, you can ask us to conduct an Internal Review.
If so, please contact the [3]Corporate Feedback Team  (please note you
should do so within two months of this response).

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's office, which may
be able to help you.  However, they would normally expect the local
authority to have undertaken a complaint investigation or Internal Review
of the request before they will accept the referral.
