PNC Board minutes & PNC autism marker

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Office,

In a written answer, Lord Bates, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Criminal Information at the Home Office stated 'For the purposes of speed of implementation it is proposed to use an existing marker to encompass cases of autism rather than developing a specific marker, which would require further significant work and assessment. These proposals are expected to be considered by the Police National Computer Board within the next month.' http://www.theyworkforyou.com/wrans/?id=...

Please provide

1) the minutes of the last three PNC board meetings, and

2) any other information you hold about the proposed PNC autism marker.

Yours faithfully,

David Mery

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'PNC Board minutes & PNC autism marker'.

Mr Woodgate wrote on 2015-03-31 'I aim to provide a further response as soon as possible'. However the ICO explains in https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui... that 'The law says you can have a “reasonable” extension of time to consider the public interest test. We consider that this should be no more than an extra 20 working days, which is 40 working days in total to deal with the request.' Also you did not 'give an estimate of when you will have completed the public interest test.'

As my request was sent on 2015-03-01, your response is overdue. Please provide a response without any further delay and an explanation of what cause the several breaches of the ICO guidelines.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

David Mery

Dear Mr or Ms Clough,

May I remind you that the case owner 'informed [you] that the reply will be sent within the week commencing 8th June 2015.' I have not yet received this long overdue answer and would appreciate you chasing it to ensure it is sent out this week.

Yours sincerely,

David Mery

Dear Mr Mery,

I was hoping to respond to by the end of this week, but unfortunately this is now looking unlikely. I will let you know if this is going to be delayed any further than next week.

Dear Mr Woodgate,

It is already more than three months since I sent in my request, which is a simple one. You had decided to claim a Section 31 exemption already by 31 March. It does not make sense for you to claim even more time to consider the balance of public interest. I would appreciate to understand who is blocking or delaying this response and why?

Yours sincerely,

David Mery
