PMS
Dear Department for the Economy (Northern Ireland), with the current climate changing for the worse what is the predicted repayment and time frame for the £175m bridging loan to PMS
With already £50m in support written off, how much of the £175m is predicted to be lost from the public purse, and what value for money checks have been done on the loan from the public purse
Yours faithfully,
Brian donaldson

Financial Governance
Dear DfE Financial Governance,
Can you confirm the out working of the total value the PMS received in monies from the public purse, I know the correspondence is around the first part of the loan but could I have a detail around the other £50m the PMS received and why this is wrote of from the public purse. What clear reasoning is there for £50m to be written of or given away
Yours sincerely,
Brian donaldson

Financial Governance
Dear DfE Financial Governance,
So to be clear, a company that was struggling or on the brink of collapse, public money in the form of £50m was granted in an unsecured loan ? Is that correct
Why was £25m written off in 2011/12 ?
Out of the total £225m of public money what is the highest fixed total that the public can expect back to the purse. ?
What was the interest rate on the secured loan ?
What was the interest on the unsecured loan ?
Five questions and if I can have them answered in that order please
Many thanks
Yours sincerely,
Brian donaldson
